We brought a food truck powered by IBM’s Watson to SXSW and asked people to vote on which food it should reinvent next. Whatever dish was trending on Twitter the night before, we cooked the next day.
We shot and edited tons of content to explain the science behind the system and help get out the vote.
One determined Canadian went rogue and made their own campaign for poutine.
To make the tech talk more palatable, we made stop motion videos using food.
The campaign was number one trending on Twitter in Austin during SXSW and was picked up by local and national media, as you can see for yourself if you watch this way-too-long campaign video.
